StayCover helps when a host cancels late, a listing is not as described at check-in, or you cannot access the home. Eligibility depends on the reservation and the issue reported.

StayCover is not a replacement for travel insurance. It does not cover every inconvenience, weather delay, or change of plans.
How to request help
Message your host first — many issues are resolved in minutes. If you still need help, open a support ticket from the reservation and describe the problem with photos if possible.
Have your booking ID, check-in time, and listing address ready. The faster we can verify the stay, the faster we can rebook or refund where eligible.
