Bnb Booking is for everyone who books or hosts in good faith.
We do not allow listings, reviews, or messages that exclude or demean people based on who they are. Hosts set house rules about the space — not about a guest’s identity.
Our standard
Guests and hosts must not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability, marital status, or other protected characteristics under applicable law.
House rules may cover occupancy, pets, smoking, parties, and quiet hours. They must apply equally to all guests who book the listing.
How to report
If you believe you were refused a stay, treated unfairly in messages, or asked to leave because of who you are, contact support with the listing or booking ID and a copy of the conversation.
We review reports, may suspend accounts, and can remove listings that violate this policy.
