Legal and building rules
You are responsible for permits, zoning, landlord consent, HOA or building by-laws, tax registration, and safety equipment required where the home is. Bnb Booking does not replace legal advice.
If your building bans short stays, do not list. If occupancy is capped, set the guest maximum to match.
Neighbours and safety
- No unauthorised parties or events
- Quiet hours in the listing and in the house manual
- Clear waste and recycling instructions
- Working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms where required
- Emergency contacts and exit information for guests
