If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then tell Bnb Booking so we can support you and review the listing or reservation.
When to use this page
Use a safety report when a stay feels unsafe, when someone is injured, when a listing is not as described in a way that affects health or security, or when you experience harassment or discrimination.
- Unable to access a safe, lockable space at check-in
- Gas, electrical, fire, or structural hazards
- Threats, assault, or unwanted entry
- Medical emergency connected to the stay
What we do next
Our team reviews the reservation, messages, and listing details. We may help you rebook, pause a listing, or connect you with local resources. We never ask you to stay somewhere you do not feel safe.
Open a support ticket and mark it as a safety issue, or contact us with your booking ID, location, and a short description of what happened. Photos help when it is safe to take them.
