Tell us if a short stay is disrupting a building or street — noise, parties, parking, or waste.
Bnb Booking wants hosts to be good neighbours. We review reports, may contact the host, and can restrict listings that repeatedly break house or building rules.
What to include
Share the address or listing link if you have it, the date and time of the issue, and what happened. Photos or a noise log help. You do not need a Bnb Booking account to describe the problem, but an email lets us follow up.
What happens after you report
We match the report to a listing where possible, remind the host of responsible hosting rules, and may limit occupancy, parties, or the listing itself. We cannot share another guest’s personal details with you.
For an active emergency, contact local police or the building manager first.
