Before you book
Use amenity filters where available, then message the host with your requirements: doorway width, shower type, stair count, parking distance, and whether a lift serves the apartment.
Photos help, but they are not a substitute for a written confirmation. Save the host’s reply in your message thread.
If access does not match the listing
Tell the host immediately. If the home is not usable for the access needs you confirmed, contact Bnb Booking support. StayCover may apply when a serious accessibility mismatch was not disclosed.
Service animals: follow local law and our community standards. Hosts should not refuse a stay solely because a guest travels with a trained service animal where the law requires access.
