Insurance vs StayCover vs cancellation policy
Three different things protect different risks:
- Listing cancellation policy — what the host refunds if you cancel.
- StayCover — help if the host or listing fails in defined ways.
- Travel insurance — may cover illness, delays, or other trip events, depending on the policy.
Read the insurer’s documents before you buy. Bnb Booking does not decide insurance claims.
Before you travel
Check entry rules, health requirements, and whether your bank card includes travel cover. Keep a copy of your Bnb Booking confirmation and host check-in notes offline in case you lose signal on arrival.
